Products & Pricing

Orders & Payments

Submission of an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, including because of suspected fraud, payment problems, product availability, or material pricing or listing errors.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and no applicable charge remains due, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Payments are processed through Shopify and applicable third-party payment providers.

Shipping & Delivery

Our current estimated delivery timeframe is 5–10 business days, unless a different timeframe is displayed for a particular order or destination.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carriers, customs, weather, address issues, increased shipping volumes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you discover an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipment.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns, refunds, and order cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Our voluntary policies do not limit any rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

Product Use & Safety

Products must be used in accordance with applicable instructions, warnings, and safety information.

For Kinetic Loop, adult supervision is required when appropriate. The product contains small parts and is not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Do not aim the product or moving string toward the eyes, mouth, or head. Avoid entanglement with the string, and do not misuse, improperly disassemble, soak, or expose electrical components to unsafe conditions.

Users are responsible for following product instructions and exercising reasonable care during use.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The content made available through our website—including Plutara branding, logos, graphics, photographs, text, website content, and original design elements—is owned by or licensed to Plutara and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
