Processing and delivery

Allow 1–2 business days for processing, followed by an estimated 5–10 business days in transit. The estimated total is 6–12 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays, address issues and other disruptions can affect arrival.

Tracking and order questions

Tracking details are provided when your order ships. Items may arrive in separate packages. Please check your delivery address before ordering and contact us promptly if it needs correcting; changes may not be possible after fulfillment starts.

If tracking stops updating, your package is missing, or your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@plutara.us with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve it. Review our Return and Refund Policy for return details.
